So it has just been the holiday season, when food is plentiful and your stomach seems endless. But how are you supposed to stick to that diet when you’re on holiday in a country where cheese seems to be the only food group?

Caramel Slice


Original recipe here from Bakers’ Corner.

I used shredded coconut in the base, forgot to let the base set before adding the caramel and used a round tin (instead of square!). Carrot, Zucchini, Bacon & Feta Muffins

I made a giant mistake when starting this recipe. Having been tossing up between two different recipes, and after realising I didn’t have butter, I decided on the one which used oil. However…it was then I made my mistake.
